A soft foam, obtained only from white grapes, characterized by a very fine, harmonious and less aggressive perlage in the mouth due to the characteristic internal pressure, less than 5 atmospheres.<br \/>\nIn its multifaceted bouquet, typical of fermentation in bottle, the notes of almond meet those of hazelnut and blend with a hint of bread crust, enhancing a trail of floral aromas.<br \/>\nInstinct Sat\u00e9n is balanced in a perfect structure, between sapidity and citrus freshness to best accompany delicate first courses and lake or shellfish dishes.
