Half of the harvest comes from Crù Colleverde, in the Luni hills, on the border between Liguria and Tuscany.
A draining and sandy land that winds its way up to 300 meters above sea level and is lapped by the sea breeze.
On the other hand, the other half is harvested in the terraced olive grove that rises in Franciacorta, around the Bèlon winery, at about 500 meters high, where the glacial moraine terrain meets the mild scents of Lake Iseo.
A combination of flavours that enhances the green fruits from which this unfiltered olive juice comes to life.
