Pas Dosé Blanc interprets the Classic Method with great refinement and is reserved for those who appreciate the clearest and purest expressiveness of Franciacorta. Essential, linear and deep while retaining freshness, it is a wine that expresses the terroir, evoking hints of citrus, almond and bread crust. Long and savory sips make it important on the palate, with its fragrance and aromatic complexity.
It is an intense wine, with a rich texture and excellent taste-olfactory persistence, which gives it power and nobility. It is appreciated for all meals with a seafood menu.

REFINEMENT

Up to "four long years of sacrifice" make this cuvée a temptation. Depending on the vintage, a variable percentage is aged in small and fine French oak barrels. After that, we carry out the natural secondary fermentation in bottle and then the élevage on the lees for a period of 48 months.
