The Classic Method finds in the Pas Dosé Noir Riserva the most refined interpretation, giving rise to a wine that enchants the most demanding and cultured palates.
It expresses the clearest and purest notes of Franciacorta; essential, linear and profound in its development in the mouth. The terroir is enhanced by combining freshness with hints of citrus, almond and bread crust.
Long and savory sips make Pas Dosé Noir important on the palate, with its fragrance and aromatic complexity. It is an intense, powerful and noble wine, which owes its rich texture also to the passing of the time necessary for its maturity: 80 long months that chisel its taste-olfactory persistence. It is magnificent for all the meals with a seafood menu.

REFINEMENT

Up to six long years of sacrifice make this cuvée a temptation. Depending on the vintage, a variable percentage is aged in small and fine French oak barrels. After that, we carry out the natural secondary fermentation in bottle and then the élevage on the lees for a period of 80 months.
