Prestigious, evolved, mature, almost cheeky. Vintage Riserva 120 months offers an enveloping, soft, rich and refined experience on the mouth, enhancing the perfect combination between the creaminess of Chardonnay and the power of Pinot Noir.
The careful selection of grapes, the soft extraction of the must and the ten years of rest on the yeasts make this wine unique and naturally soft. It is the long aging that creates the conditions for the characteristic perlage: very fine and delicate. Pas Dosé Cuvée Riserva 120 months has an intense, golden color with greenish veins; it is warm and enveloping but has a very fresh finish. The nose offers an articulated and sensual journey, including aromas of amber, honey, white truffle, bergamot and candied orange peel. The citrus scents blend with those of pineapple and ginger, closing the aromatic symphony with licorice root and peaches in syrup.
It is a meditation Franciacorta, complex and with a very fresh finish, which seduces and delights on its own but which, on occasion, can enhance the tastiest foods.
