Like silk. Very fine perlage and refined creaminess for soft aromatic sips.

Silky and creamy on the palate as only Franciacorta Satén can be. A soft foam, obtained only from white grapes, characterized by a very fine, harmonious and less aggressive perlage in the mouth due to the characteristic internal pressure, less than 5 atmospheres.
In its multifaceted bouquet, typical of fermentation in bottle, the notes of almond meet those of hazelnut and blend with a hint of bread crust, enhancing a trail of floral aromas.
Instinct Satén is balanced in a perfect structure, between sapidity and citrus freshness to best accompany delicate first courses and lake or shellfish dishes. It is also ideal as an aperitif.

REFINEMENT

Depending on the vintage, a variable percentage of wine is aged in small and fine French oak barrels. After that, we carry out the natural secondary fermentation in bottle and then the élevage on the lees for a period of not less than 24 months.
