Like silk. Very fine perlage and refined creaminess for soft aromatic sips.

Silky and creamy on the palate as only Franciacorta Satén can be. A soft foam, obtained only from white grapes, characterized by a very fine, harmonious and less aggressive perlage in the mouth due to the characteristic internal pressure, less than 5 atmospheres.
In its multifaceted bouquet, typical of fermentation in bottle, the notes of almond meet those of hazelnut and blend with a hint of bread crust, enhancing a trail of floral aromas.
Instinct Satén is balanced in a perfect structure, between sapidity and citrus freshness to best accompany delicate first courses and lake or shellfish dishes. It is also ideal as an aperitif.
Made in Italy, contains sulphites.
